Welcome to Pride and Joy Detailing! By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Pride and Joy Detailing offers both mobile and in-house automotive detailing services to meet your needs. Our services include but are not limited to interior and exterior detailing, upholstery and carpet treatment, hand and machine polishing, plastic and rubber restoration, metal polishing, headlight restoration, mould removal, wax application, graffiti removal, engine bay detailing, decontamination, clay bar treatment, acid washing, alloy cleaning, leather treatment and detailing of crime affected vehicles.
 

Services can be performed at a location of the customer's choice, including their home, workplace, or another agreed-upon site as long as their is access to power and water. In-house detailing available for your convenience or for jobs requiring more than one day of labour. This service will be conducted at our location in Kewarra Beach.
 

Bookings and Cancellations

Customers can book services through phone, email, social media, or in person.

Customers should have an idea of the service package they require before booking.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, equipment failure, vehicle issues or unavailability.
 

Pricing and Payments

Service prices are available upon request

Quotes given are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include cash, invoice, credit/debit card, or electronic bank transfer.

Additional charges will apply for extra services not included in the original agreement or for excessively soiled vehicles requiring extra cleaning time.
 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure their vehicle is fully accessible, including opening all doors and the boot, at the agreed-upon time and location.

Any necessary parking arrangements or access restrictions must be communicated in advance.

Customers must provide access to a power outlet and a water tap within 30 meters of the vehicle if required.

The accurate condition of the vehicle, including pre-existing damage or special requirements, must be disclosed before service begins.
 

Liability

We take great care in servicing vehicles, but we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, mechanical failures, or poor maintenance.

Customers should remove all valuables and fragile items before service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
 

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the results, notify us within this period, and we will correct the issue at no extra charge.

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper vehicle maintenance or neglect after our service.
 

Weather Conditions

Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain or extreme heat, which could impact service quality.
 

Privacy Policy

We respect customer privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.

Any personal information collected during booking or transactions will be used solely for providing services and will not be shared without consent.
 

Feedback and Complaints

Customer feedback is highly valued and helps us improve our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Cairns.
